Completely free and run by Wigan council, lots of sensory classes, some play space and baby can get weighed by health visitors between 10-12. No official parking nearby so could park on Tesco as not too far away. You have to put your pram in the hall when you get there. Cafe is okay you can’t buy hot drinks due to health and safety.
